Pre-Registered classes run for the duration of classes stated. The price includes all the classes in that session. When you register for a session, you are expected to attend all classes in that session. Classes will not start unless a minimum number of students are registered.
PRE-NATAL YOGA CLASS ~ New session starting February 27th, 2012
Each pregnancy is unique and so these classes give you the chance to explore a variety of poses that bring comfort and restfulness to your body and happiness and calm to your mind. Take this time to nurture yourself.
There will be ample time for discussion and to share your pregnancy experiences. Have fun, feel supported by other moms-to-be in the class, and look forward to friendships that will grow after little ones arrive.

MOM & BABY YOGA CLASS ~ REGISTERING NOW FOR WINTER SESSION!
A class designed for moms and their pre-crawling babies. Strengthen the bonds between you and your little one while you focus on postpartem reconditioning for your body through a blend of yoga and pilates. Include your baby in the fun as you sing songs whil doing poses and learn gentle yoga and massage for the baby.
Baby age: aprox. 6 weeks to 7 months (babies that are not yet mobile). Bring your mat and a blanket for the baby to class. Pre-registration required.

ITSY BITSY YOGA ~ REGISTERING NOW FOR WINTER SESSION!
Since 2006, I’ve enjoyed sharing the fun and happy energy of Itsy Bitsy Yoga with hundreds of Babies, Tots, Tykes and their moms! When you attend an Itsy Bitsy Yoga class you are not just enjoying a program with your little one, you are actively nurturing their physical, emotional and intellectual development. You are inviting them to appreciate a healthy, fit lifestyle while having fun. Itsy Bitsy Yoga also fosters a strong “mom-community” that enjoys sharing stories and experiences during class and outside of the class too! No yoga experience is required at all, however you may be inspired to start your own yoga practice, once you notice the amazing benefits your little yogi experiences. Dads, a grandparent or a caregiver are of course welcome too.
From newborn to 4 years of age, there’s a program that suits every child. Check out the fun!

YOGA BOOTCAMP ~ Starting January 18th, 2012
We will sculpt and tone every muscle in the body. Yoga BootCamp embodies strenght, flexibility, stabilization, stamina, cardio, and mind power all in one session. You will build a stronger, leaner body and be more in tune with your breath.
Each week will have a slightly different focus as we work on toning your whole body.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES ~ REGISTERING NOW FOR WINTER SESSION!
Yoga is a great cross-training tool for runners, cyclists, triathletes, etc. which increases flexibility, stamina and strength. You will learn to breath more efficiently, increase your lung capacity and calm your mind. We will teach you to stretch more effectively helping you to prevent muscle injuries and soreness. Yoga for athletes will balanced your body and help you to perform at your highest level.

YOGA FOR SENIORS ~ REGISTERING NOW FOR WINTER SESSION!
Exclusively for people in their Silver age, this gentle class focuses on helping students increase range of motion, improve posture, restore flexibility and increase breath capacity. For those students who are uncomfortable getting down onto a yoga mat, chair yoga will be offered. When using a chair, we focus on the ease of movement, gentle strengthening, balance, and relaxation tools using breath.

PRANAYAMA / MEDITATION: JUST BREATHE ~ REGISTERING NOW FOR WINTER SESSION!
It's not often we take the time to truly experience and explore our breath. This 30-minute class gives you the chance to learn about and develop a breathing practice - pranayama. Come discover how easy it is to enjoy breath awareness, breathing techniques and breathing exercises. Some are calming and restful, others can be energizing and entertaining. We will also explore simple meditation practices. Leave the class feeling refreshed and renewed.
