Arriving to Class

 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the class. Latecomers will not be permitted into the class as it disrupts the flow of the class as well as your fellow students.

 

Bring a yoga mat and drinking water for your practice.

If you do not have a mat, you can rent one at the studio for $2. Our rental mats are disinfected after each use.

 

Please turn cell phones/pagers off as you enter the studio and please keep them off even in the change rooms.  

 

Please remove your foot wear as you enter the studio and leave it at the front on the shoe racks.
